Pali Kele: A video of former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir making obscene gestures at spectators in the stadium has gone viral on social media. 
During the match between India and Nepal at Pali Kele Stadium, Gautam Gambhir got angry and pointed his middle finger at fans who were chanting “Kohli, Kohli” to troll him.
Later, Gautam Gambhir explained in a media interview that some Pakistani people were raising slogans against India and Kashmir. He argued that a response was warranted in such a situation and that it would not be right to simply walk away laughing. Contrary to his claim, the video clearly shows fans chanting only “Kohli, Kohli.”
It’s worth noting that during the India-Pakistan match last week, Gautam Gambhir strongly disapproved of Virat Kohli’s friendly conversation with Pakistani players. Gambhir stated that the Indian team, representing 1.4 billion people, should not have even shaken hands with the Pakistani players.
Following this statement, Gambhir faced criticism on social media. There has also been a history of bitter exchanges between Virat Kohli and the former cricketer during the Indian Premier League (IPL).
