1. Requirement	Details
   You Must Be From Balochistan	You need to have a local or domicile certificate of Balochistan.
   Admission Offer Letter	You must have an unconditional offer letter from a university in Pakistan or a foreign university approved by the Pakistan Bar Council for Fall 2025.
   Be a Practicing Lawyer	– You must be an active lawyer with a valid license from the Balochistan Bar Council.
   	– You need at least two years of experience as a practicing lawyer.

   IELTS Requirement for Foreign Studies	– For foreign scholarships, you need a 6.5 Band IELTS score (valid and not expired).
   	– IELTS is not required for local scholarships.
   Educational Requirements	You must have an HEC-attested LLB degree and your mark sheets.
   Guarantees	– A self-guarantee (you promise to return to Balochistan after your studies).
   	– A guarantee from a government officer (minimum BS-17). Both guarantees must be written on Rs. 500 stamp paper.
   Other Rules	– You cannot delay your admission to next year.
   	– If you have already used a scholarship for higher studies, you must wait five years before applying again.
